I want to make a two-volume book. The first volume will be its own contents page. In the second volume you will have your own contents page. As soon as the first volume is finished, the second volume will start from the odd-numbered page. The second volume will start from page zero. I want to refer to some of the issues found in Volume I from Volume II, and vice versa. Is it possible?
