# How to enforce lower case in TIKZ with font type \scshape?

I am using Tikz to generate a table. I want to generate a caption of the table similar to a certain journal format. I was able to create the caption with the same font. However, all letters are in automatically shown in capital. How to just generate the first letter of each word of Key Notations In Our scheme to capital.

\documentclass[tikz]{standalone}

\usepackage{booktabs}
\usepackage{array}
\usepackage{makecell}
\usepackage{times}

\usepackage{mathtools}
\newcolumntype{C}{>{$}c<{$}}
\usetikzlibrary{positioning}
\begin{document}
\begin{tikzpicture}
\node (tb1) {%Content
\begin{tabular}{cl}
\toprule
\makecell{Notation} & \makecell{Represent for} \\
\midrule

$d$ & Denotes a dracola \tabularnewline
\\[-0.9em]

\bottomrule
\end{tabular}};

\node[above=1.5ex,font=\scshape,align=center] at (tb1.north) {\Large TABLE 1: Key Notations In Our scheme.};

\end{tikzpicture}
\end{document}
