Drawing multiple-multicolumn table in latex

Question

I have a problem for drawing a multicolumn table in latex.

This is what I want to draw:

Can anyone help with it?

The colour of the text and symbol doesn't matter. I want to know is how to draw this table. If the text colour also includes, I would be glad that.
