I wanted to draw Hasse diagrams with Tikz. I've managed to draw a upside down tree, but I want to add two branchings under the root node. How could I do that?

\begin{tikzpicture}[grow'=up]
\Tree [.Onset [.Max  [.No{}Coda ] [.Dep ] ] ]
\end{tikzpicture}

Thanks!

  • \documentclass{article} \usepackage{forest} \begin{document} \begin{forest} for tree={grow'=north} [Onset,alias=R [Max [No{}Coda ] [Dep ] ] ] \draw (R) -- ++ (-135:1) node[below left]{A}; \draw (R) -- ++ (-45:1) node[below right]{B}; \end{forest} \end{document} is a complete document that starts with \documentclass and ends with \end{document}. (It also solves your problem, I think.) Please provide a complete document. – Schrödinger's cat Sep 17 at 0:04
