as you can see, the last 2 Plots are nearly the same. The Blue-Data Points is an calculation, and the red is an Simulation. I want to compare them. To show at which Point the Data-Points are identical, i would like to draw a thin line from an specific Datapoint to the end, and place a node right of the last Datapoint. I have tried to visualize it: Goal

so i need an \addplot{}-argument which draws only-marks to an specific point, and from that specific point an thin line.

It would be great if someone could help me!

There is a chance this isn't very useful for you, in that it assumes you can rearrange the data files so that each file contains data from both calculation and simulation. If that is possible, making a line plot for only the points where two columns in a table is identical, is quite easy.

It's also just a proof of concept, I didn't use your code directly.

\documentclass[border=5mm]{standalone}
\usepackage{pgfplotstable}
% make demo table, where the two columns are identical in the last three rows
\pgfplotstableread{
x a b
1 1 2

Here is a possible way using a truncated and self-contained version of your document. It attaches a pin to the last data point. The style of the pin is controlled by

every pin edge/.style={latex-,very thin,gray},
every pin/.style={text=gray,font=\small\sffamily}

MWE:

Instead of clip=false you could also make the axis wider or use other tricks like adding the pin outside of the axis but within the tikzpicture environment.
