# Reduced Planck's constant with two crossings

Is there a way to construct a symbol similar to the reduced Planck's constant $\hbar$, only with two crossings instead of one?

Like this?

It is true that this does not transform nicely under \scriptstyle. The following makes use of egreg's answer to fix this, but keeps the bars more evenly distributed as above.

You can add a lowered bar to \hbar.
