I am trying to replicate the following table using R:

table to replicate

I have the coefficients and the standard errors in a melted table. I know how to transform them into two different tables (one for coefficients and the other for SE) but not how to report them in the same table like in the example.

I could also save the whole regressions, instead of just the coefficients, if necessary.

Any kind of output type (latex, for example) would be useful.

This is a copy of my same question in stackoverflow: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/67983883/how-to-generate-a-table-where-each-cell-is-the-alpha-and-standard-error-of-a-d

Many thanks in advance.
