trying to install LyX, MikTeX and culmusmiktex and it gives me this error in a pop up window while it tries to install.
also when im trying to install culmus, it says installing in progress, then immediately it disapears, a command window pops up for a split second, and thats it, no errors, nothing. and there is no new software on my computer.
