Here is a minimal example:

Original table:

Transposed table:
\pgfplotstabletypeset[string type]{\mynewtable}
\end{document}
How do I get x1 and y1 to be the column names in the transposed table? That column in the original table doesn't have a name, but I know it's the first column. Is there a way I can just point to that index? Thanks.
