I am new here in the forum and hope you can help me with a problem with Tikz. My goal is to create a map (see attached image for template).

Unfortunately, I am having trouble getting the colors to display correctly according to their z-value. My approach so far looks like this:

My goal is that all values with the same "rpm" value are displayed in the same color according to their color in the colorbar. Also, I'm having trouble with what exactly mesh/cols or mesh/rows should have for values.
