I am using R Markdown to automate my academic CV. As is common with CVs, particularly on the job market (which I am), the entries in each section should be numbered so that members of the search committee do not have to manually count entries. However, I am a psychologist, so my CV must be in APA style. Also, because it is a CV, it has multiple bibliographies, which I am currently automating using the \nocite{*}
command to printing based on keyword. I would like to keep this automation if possible, otherwise I will have to go back to the dreaded Microsoft Word.
So the question is: how can I enumerate or itemize entries in an APA-style bibliography that is automated using \nocite{*}
?
Here is a minimal example (I'm listing the packages I use for other things here, just so you know the environment this is happening in. I use lualatex because some special characters require it, but I'm flexible about which engine gets used).
R Markdown Code:
---
header-includes:
- \usepackage{tikz,xcolor,listings,CormorantGaramond,fontawesome,academicons,mfirstuc,fancyhdr,multicol,hyperref}
- \hypersetup{colorlinks=true, urlcolor = [HTML]{882345}}
- \pagestyle{fancy}
- \fancyhead[LO,LE]{Matthew E. Vanaman}
- \fancyhead[RO,RE]{\thepage}
- \renewcommand{\headrulewidth}{0pt}
- \cfoot{}
- \thispagestyle{empty}
