I am currently trying out KDE's Latex editor Kile. Auto-completion of citation tags stored in a .bib file seems to only work for the commands \cite{} and \citep{} from bibtex. Does anyone know of a way to use kile with biblatex's \textcite{} and \parencite{} and still get auto-completion of citation tags?

A possible workaround I tried is to \let\citep\parencite, which works but does not seem ideal. I would expect something simpler, or out-of-the-box to be honest.

I'm not even sure if Kile is still being developed, or if that stopped before support for biblatex made it into the software..
