In my .tex
document I'm largely using \sidewaysfigure
. However, this results pictures with inconsistent placement and direction of included pictures and captions. By inconsistent I mean that figures and captions are not rotated to one side always (eg, to the right). EG, on page 1 the caption is on the left side, and on page 2 on the right side.
Code using \sidewaysfigure
is standard:
`
\documentclass[a4paper,11pt]{book}
\usepackage{a4wide}
\usepackage{amsmath, amsthm, amssymb}
\usepackage{url}
\usepackage[algoruled,vlined]{algorithm2e}
\usepackage{graphicx}
\usepackage[american]{babel}
% for nice tables
\usepackage{booktabs}
% end for nice tables
\usepackage{units}
\usepackage{makeidx}
\makeindex
\usepackage[usenames,dvipsnames]{color}
% for shaded table cells
\usepackage{colortbl}
% for eps to pdf converting
\usepackage{epstopdf}
% for multirow option in the tables
\usepackage{multirow}
% for using subfloat
%\usepackage{subfig}
% end for using subfloat
\usepackage[semicolon]{natbib}
\usepackage{fancybox}
\usepackage{xcolor}
\usepackage{framed}
\usepackage{rotating}
\begin{document}
\begin{sidewaysfigure}[]
\centering
\begin{tabular}{c|c|c}
\hline
\includegraphics[scale=0.7]{a.pdf}&
\includegraphics[scale=0.7]{b.pdf}&
\includegraphics[scale=0.7]{c.pdf} \ \hline
$t=0$&$t=2$&$t=4$\ \end{tabular}
\vspace{0.5cm}
\caption[ada]{ text text text text}
\end{sidewaysfigure}
\end{document}`
I wonder if there is a simple option with \sidewaysfigure
that would enforce the whole thing (pics and captions) to be rotated for 180 degrees.
