I don't see how \mqty{1 \\ 1 \\ 2 \\ 0} is easier to type or at least clearer than
\begin{bmatrix} 1 \\ 1 \\ 2 \\ 0 \end{bmatrix}
I would keep at arm's distance from physics, but you're to judge ...

I suggest you (a) transpose the vectors when they're used in inline math mode and (b) not hesitate to use display math mode. E.g.:
\documentclass{article}
\usepackage{mathtools,amssymb,amsthm}

You're overcomplicating things. Why using \fbox when you're doing a tcolorbox that has full capabilities of making a frame?
