It does not make real sense to extend the psvectorian package. It is much more easier to use a single graphic file.
However, if you really want it, then copy the files psvectorian.tex and psvectorian....

Conflict between `tcolorbox` and `auto-pst-pdf`
If you really need this combination you can just use tcolorbox on the main document, with pdflatex, and skip it on the inner call that uses latex and handles the pstricks code.

Are the Beige Fillcolors of These Two Pspictures Different; i.e., Picking Up the Hue of the Default Color?
You have to control the color definitions of the predefined colours. An RGB Beige is not the same as a CMYK Beige. PSTricks itself and xcolor use by default rgb, if not defined.
