Complex math expressions inside titles of sections produce the error TeX capacity exceeded, sorry [input stack size=5000]
For section titles it must be used \texorpdfstring (provided by hyperref) for the bookmarks (no math symbols) and the TOC.

Inside a section header, words generated by \NewDocumentCommand doesn't appear on the bookmark's browser of the final pdf. output
