Creating good tabularx
I'd remove the vertical rules that do nothing useful. And also all manually inserted vertical spaces. The booktabs horizontal rules take care of that.

If you are up to trying tabularray and macros my suggestion would be something like the following to separate content and layout a bit more:

\usepackage{fontspec}
\...

Speaking for myself (who else?), I'd go for a more compact-looking design in the right-hand columns. I'd also do fewer font size changes.
